THIS AMENDMENT dated as of the 1st day of October, 2017, to the Investment Advisory Agreement, dated as of October 30, 2012, as amended June 20, 2014 (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Advisors Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (“Trust”) and Shenkman Capital Management, Inc., a New York corporation (“Adviser”).
