THIS AMENDMENT dated as of the 1st day of November, 2017, to the Investment Advisory Agreement, dated as of June 21, 2007, as amended October 25, 2011, December 28, 2012 and December 3, 2015 (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Advisors Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (“Trust”) and Huber Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Adviser”).
