THIS AMENDMENT dated as of the 1st day of March, 2018, to the Investment Advisory Agreement, dated as of March 5, 1999, as amended on March 11, 2004 (the "Agreement"), is entered into by and between Advisors Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust ("Trust") and American Trust Investment Advisors, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company ("Advisor").
