THIS AMENDMENT dated as of the 1st day of April, 2017, to the Investment Advisory Agreement, dated as of September 17, 2010, as amended March 9, 2016 (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Advisors Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (“Trust”) and Coldstream Capital Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Adviser”).
