THIS AMENDMENT dated as of the 1st day of May, 2017, to the Investment Advisory Agreement, dated as of June 12, 2012, as amended September 20, 2012 (the "Agreement"), is entered into by and between Advisors Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust ("Trust") and Logan Capital Management, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation ("Adviser").
