This INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 12th day of September, 2019 by and between ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and CLEARSHARES LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 825 3rd Avenue, 31st Floor, New York, New York 10022 (the “Adviser”).
