This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 27th day of January, 2020 by and between TrueMark Investments, LLC., a Delaware Corporation with its principal place of business at 9450 W. Bryn Mawr, Suite 700, Rosemont, IL (the “Adviser”), LISTED FUNDS TRUST (the “Trust”), and Black Hill Capital Partners, LLC., a Delaware Corporation with its principal place of business located at 2520 Sacramento Street, San Francisco, CA (the “Sub-Adviser”).
