THIS AGREEMENT, made as of this 2nd day of December, 2019, between GoodHaven Capital Management, LLC (the “Advisor”), a Delaware limited liability company with a principal place of business at 374 Millburn Avenue, Suite 306, Millburn, NJ 07041, and The GoodHaven Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series the GoodHaven Fund (the “Fund”).
