THIS FEE WAIVER AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between ETF Series Solutions, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the PPTY – U.S. Diversified Real Estate ETF (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and Vident Advisory, LLC (the “Adviser”), the Fund’s investment adviser.
