This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of August 26, 2021by and between Aptus Capital Advisors, LLC, an Alabama limited liability company with its principal place of business at 265 Young Street, Fairhope, Alabama, 36532 (the “Adviser”), ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS (the “Trust”), and McElhenny Sheffield Capital Management, LLC a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 4701 W Lovers Lane, Dallas, Texas 75209 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
