This INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 9th day of December, 2021 by and between LISTED FUNDS TRUST (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and Innovative Portfolios, LLC, a Indiana limited liability company with its principal place of business at 8801 River Crossing Blvd., Suite 100, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240 (the “Adviser”).
