This Expense Limitation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of March 31, 2022 by and between RMB Capital Management, LLC (the “Adviser”) and RMB Investors Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust identified on Schedule A attached hereto, as may be amended from time to time (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”).
