This INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 23rd day of June, 2021 by and between LISTED FUNDS TRUST (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and Alexis Investment Partners, LLC, a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business at 199 Waterpoint Court, Unit 204, Montgomery, Texas 77356 (the “Adviser”).
