This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 30th day of May, 2023 by and among DEFIANCE ETFs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 78 SW 7th Street, 9th Floor, Miami, Florida, 33130 (the “Adviser”), ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS (the “Trust”), and VIDENT ADVISORY, LLC (d/b/a, Vident Asset Management) a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 1125 Sanctuary Parkway, Suite 515 Alpharetta, Georgia 30009 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
