This Addendum (the “Addendum”) to the Fund Accounting Servicing Agreement dated February 21, 2013, as amended (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Trust for Professional Managers (the “Trust”) and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC, d/b/a U.S. Bank Global Fund Services (“USBFSUSBFS”) with respect to the funds listed on Schedule I attached hereto (each a “Fund”).
