This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 13th day of July, 2023 by and among NATIONWIDE FUND ADVISORS, a Delaware business trust with its principal place of business at 10 West Nationwide Boulevard, Columbus, Ohio 43215 (the “Adviser”), ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS (the “Trust”), and NEOS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 13 Riverside Avenue, Westport, Connecticut 06880 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
