THIS AMENDMENT effective as of December 19, 2022, to the Fund Administration Servicing Agreement, dated as of September 15, 2015, as amended (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between SERIES PORTFOLIOS TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC d/b/a U.S. Bank Global Fund Services, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“USBFS”).
