This AGREEMENT is made as of the 1st day of June, 2023, by and between Tortoise Index Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (the “Sub-Adviser”), and Managed Portfolio Series, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”).
