INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 6th day of March, 2024 by and between TrueMark Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 433 West Van Buren Street, 1150-E Chicago, Illinois 60607 (the “Adviser”), LISTED FUNDS TRUST (the “Trust”), and Wealth Builder Funds, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 117 West Main Street, Cary, Illinois 60013 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
