This Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement ("Agreement") is made as of the 1st day of January, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Wilshire Advisors LLC (formerly “Wilshire Associates Incorporated”), a California limited liability company ("Adviser") and Los Angeles Capital Management LLC (formerly “Los Angeles Capital Management and Equity Research, Inc.”), a California limited liability company (“Sub-Adviser”).
