THIS SIXTEENTH AMENDMENT effective as of the 1st day of August, 2024, to the Investment Advisory Agreement dated as of May 21, 2007, as amended July 1, 2010, July 1, 2011, July 1, 2012, August 1, 2013, August 1, 2014, August 1, 2015, August 1, 2016, August 1, 2017, December 1, 2017, August 1, 2018, August 1, 2019, August 1, 2020, February 5, 2021, August 1, 2022, and August 1, 2023 (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Wisconsin Capital Funds, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) and Wisconsin Capital Management, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (the “Adviser”).
