This Purchase and Sale Agreement (this “Agreement”), is entered into between AEI NET LEASE INCOME & GROWTH FUND XX LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Minnesota limited partnership (“Seller”) and COVESTRE CAPITAL PROPCO-19 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, or its assignee (“Buyer”). The term “Effective Date” means the first date upon which both Buyer and Seller have executed a final counterpart of this Agreement and delivered the same to the other party.
