Seller desires to sell, and Buyer desires to purchase, all of Seller’s right, title and interest in the real property and improvements thereupon located at 700 North Edwards Boulevard, Lake Geneva, WI 53147, as more particularly described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto (the “Property”).
