This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) by and among PremierWest Bancorp, an Oregon corporation, PremierWest Bank, an Oregon state chartered bank (the “Bank”, and together with PremierWest Bancorp, “PremierWest”) and Douglas N. Biddle (“Executive”), is made and entered into effective dated as of January 5, 2011 (the “Effective Date”).
