This CREDIT AGREEMENT is entered into as of September 29, 2004 among Oshkosh Truck Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation (the “Company”), the financial institutions from time to time party to this Agreement (collectively the “Lenders” and individually each a “Lender”), and Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent for the Lenders.
