This SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made effective as of September 13, 2007 (“Agreement”) and amends and restates the Amended and Restated Employment and Non-Compete Agreement, dated as of October 14, 2004, by and between SOUTHERN PROSTHETIC SUPPLY, INC., a Georgia corporation (the “Company”), and RONALD N.
