The provisions of this agreement are effective on the date that this agreement has been executed by all of the signers and delivered to the Bank (the “Effective Date”).

(together with its successors and assigns, the “Bank”), whose address is 1 East Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN 46277, and Flexsteel Industries, Inc. (whether one or more, and if more than one, individually and collectively, the “Borrower”), whose address is 3400 Jackson Street, Dubuque, IA 52001.
