This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into among Willing Holding, Inc. (“COMPANY”), Francis Thomas Leonard (“SELLER”) and New World Mortgage, Inc., (“NEW WORLD”) dated April 15, 2008.
