THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on June ___, 2010 between RBC FUNDS TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (“Trust”), on behalf of its series listed on Exhibit A (each of the Series referred to herein as a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”), and RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc., a Minnesota corporation (“Adviser”).
