This Expense Limitation Agreement (the “Agreement”), made by and between RBC Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each of its series listed on Schedule A (each a “Fund”) and RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc., a Minnesota corporation (“RBC GAM”), is amended and restated effective July 1, 2014.
