THIS RESTRICTIVE COVENANT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 5th day of March, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Chico’s FAS, Inc., a Florida corporation, having a principal place of business at 11215 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, FL 33966 (the “Employer”), and Karen McKibbin (the “Executive”).
