This Investment Subadvisory Agreement is made as of May 23, 2005, by and between Vantagepoint Investment Advisers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereafter "Client"), and Westfield Capital Management Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereafter “Subadviser"), and THE VANTAGEPOINT FUNDS, a Delaware business trust.
