THIS TRUST AGREEMENT (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, this “Agreement”) is effective as of January 1, 2021 by and among Security Life of Denver Insurance Company, a Colorado-domiciled life insurance company (such insurer and its successors by operation of law, including, without limitation, any liquidator, rehabilitator, receiver or conservator thereof, being hereinafter referred to as the “Grantor”), ReliaStar Life Insurance Company, a Minnesota-domiciled life insurance company (such insurer and its successors by operation of law, including, without limitation, any liquidator, rehabilitator, receiver or conservator thereof, being hereinafter referred to as the “Beneficiary”), and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee for the benefit of the Beneficiary (such bank and its successors by operation of law, in its or their capacity as trustee, being referred to as the “Trustee”).
