AMENDED AND RESTATED DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT made as of the 31st day of May, 2017 and amended the 6th day of December, 2017 by and among Wintergreen Fund, Inc., a Maryland corporation that acts as an open-end investment company, with its principal office and place of business at 333 Route 46 West, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046 (the “Client”), Foreside Fund Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal office and place of business at Three Canal Plaza, Portland, Maine 04101 (“Foreside”), and, with respect to Section 6.1 of this Agreement only, Wintergreen Advisers, LLC, the investment adviser of the Client, with its principle office and place of business at 333 Route 46 West, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046 (the “Adviser”).
