AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) made as of the 1st day of February, 2019 by and among CERES MANAGED FUTURES LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CMF”), CERES ORION L.P., a New York limited partnership (the “Partnership”) and JOHN STREET CAPITAL LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (the “Advisor” or “John Street”).
