AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) made as of the 19th day of May, 2020 by and among CERES MANAGED FUTURES LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CMF”), EMERGING CTA PORTFOLIO L.P., a New York limited partnership (the “Partnership”) and DCM Systematic Advisors SA, a Swiss “S.A. - Société anonyme” (the “Advisor” or “DCM”).
