This Eleventh Amendment to Third Amended and Restated Senior Loan and Security Agreement (“Eleventh Amendment”) entered into as of the 25th day of February, 2004 by and among Interpool, Inc. (“Interpool”), Interpool Limited (“Limited”), Interpool Finance Corp. (“Finance”) and Trac Lease, Inc.
