THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of February 28, 2012 (the “Agreement Date”) by and among TANGER PROPERTIES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (the “Partnership”), a North Carolina limited partnership, TANGER FACTORY OUTLET CENTERS, INC.
