EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT, dated as of November 1, 2005, between Titan International, Inc., a Illinois corporation (“Titan” or “the Company”) and its successor (s), and Ernie Rodia (“Executive”) (hereinafter, as amended or modified and in effect called “Agreement”). The effective date of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) shall be November 1, 2005.
