THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Employment Agreement") is entered into as of the 22nd day of October, 1999, among Sovran Self Storage, Inc., a Maryland corporation and Sovran Acquisition Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership (the "Corporation" or the "Partnership", respectively and collectively the "Company"), and Edward Killeen (the "Employee"). The Agreement is amended and restated effective January 1, 2009.
