THIS SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND MUTUAL GENERAL RELEASE (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 21st day of March 2005 by and between SUN HEALTHCARE GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (referred to herein, singly and collectively with its subsidiaries, as the "Company") and STEVEN A. ROSEMAN ("Employee").
