THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) between UCP, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Dustin L. Bogue (the “Executive”) is entered into as of February 1, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), and is an amendment and restatement of the Employment Agreement between the Company and the Executive dated July 23, 2013, and as thereafter amended on April 1, 2016.
