THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made by MACATAWA BANK CORPORATION, a Michigan corporation (the “Corporation”), and JON W. SWETS (“Executive”) as of this June 22, 2015. Any reference to the Corporation shall jointly include the Bank and any Affiliate, each as defined below.
