THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made by MACATAWA BANK CORPORATION, a Michigan corporation (the “Corporation”), and RONALD L. HAAN (“Executive”) as of July 21, 2016. This Agreement amends and restates the Change in Control Agreement made by the Corporation and Executive as of June 22, 2015. Any reference to the Corporation shall jointly include the Bank and any Affiliate, each as defined below.
