This Stock/Cash Election Form and Letter of Transmittal enables you to elect the form of consideration you wish to receive in exchange for your shares of Community Shores common stock upon completion of the merger, subject to the terms and conditions of the Merger Agreement and this Stock/Cash Election Form and Letter of Transmittal.
