This THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of March 8, 2019, among CAMDEN PROPERTY TRUST, a Texas real estate investment trust (the “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent and an L/C Issuer, and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Syndication Agents.
