THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is amended and restated effective as of the 28th day of July, 2017, by and between AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT TRUST, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Issuer”), and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Distributor”).
