(“EB Purchaser”), Glenbrook Building Supply, Inc. (“GL Purchaser”, and together with EB Purchaser, the “Purchasers”), EdgeBuilder Wall Panels, Inc. (“EdgeBuilder”), Glenbrook Lumber & Supply, Inc. (“Glenbrook”, and together with EdgeBuilder, the “Sellers”), and the individuals listed on the signature page hereto (the “Principals”, and together with the Purchasers and the Sellers, the “Parties”).
