AGREEMENT, dated as of January 14 , 200 3 between DCM Series Trust, a business trust organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts having its principal office and place of business at 7 Wells Avenue, Newton, Massachusetts 02459 (the “Fund”) and The Bank of New York, a New York corporation authorized to do a banking business having its principal office and place of business at One Wall Street, New York, New York 10286 (“Custodian”).

AGREEMENT made this ____ day of October 2003, by and between DCM SERIES TRUST , a Massachusetts business trust, having its principal office and place of business at 7 Wells Avenue, Newton, Massachusetts 02459 (the “Trust”), and AQUARIUS FUND DISTRIBUTORS, INC. , a Nebraska corporation having its principal office and place of business at 4020 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137 (“AFD”).
