THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made as of the ___ day of _____, 2005, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware business trust (hereinafter called the “Trust”), on behalf of the following series of the Trust, Jacobs & Company Mutual Fund (the “Fund”) and Jacobs & Company, a West Virginia corporation, (hereinafter called the “Advisor”).
